Sorry but we cannot make alterations or cancellations to online orders. This is because as soon as your order reaches us, it is rushed through to our warehouse area to be packed and sent.
To make an alteration at this point would involve stopping the packing process and searching through hundreds of parcels, which would mean delayed parcels for everyone.
WHAT ARE DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS AND WHY DO THEY REQUIRE MY MOBILE NUMBER?
Our Express and Standard Delivery service will send you an SMS to let you know on which day your parcel will be delivered. You will have the option to choose from one of three alternative days if this suits you better.
On the day of delivery you will receive another SMS to inform you of the estimated delivery time, within a three hour slot.
