Can i have my online order delivered by express?

YES. Next working day delivery is available for telephone and online orders. To ensure next working day delivery, all orders need to be placed before 1.00pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 48 hours. Parcels are delivered on monday to friday only. A signature will be required.

I want to change my online order, how do I do this?

Sorry but we cannot make alterations or cancellations to online orders. This is because as soon as your order reaches us, it is rushed through to our warehouse area to be packed and sent. To make an alteration at this point would involve stopping the packing process and searching through hundreds of parcels, which would mean delayed parcels for everyone.
