DELIVERY & RETURNS

All transactions are in pounds sterling. We accept online payment in a secure environment with the following credit and debit cards:

We will not charge you for your order until the items are despatched. At the point of placing your order, card verification checks will be carried out.

NOTE: From 31 March 2011 it will no longer be possible to pay with a Solo card, as Solo payments will not be accepted by banks. Apologies if this inconveniences any of our customers.

Please make cheques payable to TOAST. On the back please write your home address and cheque guarantee card number.

In order that we can process cheque orders speedily we use transax service to authorize your cheque. This service is provided by Certegy Ltd who, in order to comply with the data protection act, have asked us to print the following: as a part of this process we will pass Certegy details of your cheque and if your cheque is returned unpaid, we inform Certegy and also provide them with your name and address. Certegy will charge you a fee if your cheque is dishonoured. Certegy will record this information and use it to decide whether to authorise your present and future cheques. Certegy may share their information with a credit reference agency and this information may be used by such an agency to assess your (or your family's) credit-worthiness in the future.
